The homes that you see below are all designed and built by us. These are a few of our favorite builds. All of these projects were done from land acquisition to move in ready. These homes are a snapshot of what we can do for you.

 Modern Mediterranean

Size: 2300 square feet

 

This home features clean lines and lots of white and gray contrasts. The floors are sealed concrete giving the home a modern contemporary look. The countertops are a variety of grey and white quartz in the kitchen and baths. The exterior is an old world style stucco with a grey tile roof.
Rustic Custom

 

​Number rooms: 3 + Bonus Room Over The Garage

Size: 1901 square feet

This plan was custom designed for a couple who wanted a rustic look on the exterior but a more traditional look on the interior. A custom curved transition from wood to tile was added in the living room. there are many custom features in this home including unique stone sinks in the master bath. This home was built on a 5 acre tract of land and is set back 300ft from the street.
Mesa

Size: 1601 square feet

This home was purchased from us by a buyer that we had built a home for previously. They came back to us for a second home. Our home owner specified gray tones inside and out. The cabinets are smoke stain finished, and the granite is an import from Norway. This home was  built on a spacious half acre golf course lot. This is another build where every square inch was put to use. A lot was packed into the available square footage.

Size: 1004 square feet

This home was built downtown with budget in mind.  The finishes seem to tell a different story though. The kitchen counter tops are granite, and the hall bath was customized with an accessible shower. All of the flooring is wall to wall luxury vinyl plank. 9 foot ceilings were built to add a larger feel to the home. This property had restrictive setbacks, however we used all space to the max. This efficient plan feels larger than it is.
Southwestern

Size: 2500 square feet

Very warm with hand scraped wood flooring, lapidus granite in the kitchen and baths. The cabinets are rich cherry woods from North Carolina. All of the fixtures, and door hardware in this home are an oil rubbed bronze which ties in with the rich wood floors and stone countertops.
